Who we Are

Company Founders and industry veterans Jeffrey M. Freeman and Eric J. Freeman recognized the inefficiencies of existing solutions, where every aspect of the mobile notary job still requires excessive manual work. From securing jobs on the road to staying organized, recording the multitude of orders, to getting paid on time, they saw firsthand how the current mobile notary process is ineffective and time-consuming. Their passion for this industry has driven them to found CentralMassSoftware and to lead the development of productivity tools serving our shared profession.

Eric J. Freeman

Vice President, Co-Founder, and Owner

Career in consumer product research and development

Eric has over 27 years in consumer product research and development. He has served as senior product developer and engineer, engineering management, and research and development (R&D) team management.

Eric’s innovative, strategic, and creative approach to solution development leverages team approaches and systems analysis. Eric brings balanced approaches based on business and technical considerations to resolve difficult business challenges and design problems.
