Your success is our success, and this can only be achieved if our products deliver for you. In order to realize this goal, and to validate our vision for what our products offer, we are seeking testers to help us shape and validate our solutions during development.
Ensuring our products meet the needs of, and provide high value to, mobile notaries and loan signing agents is paramount. Human-centered design is at the core of our values and our approach. We continually seek inputs and insights from the broadest range of our customers as possible.
There is no commitment required - if you would like to learn more about participating in our testing program, you may indicate as such in this survey.

We seek volunteers to help test our products
Testers can help us:
Prioritize features and functions - Define what features and functions are most valuable to mobile notaries and loan signing agents,
Build an intuitive, enjoyable user experience - Shape how users will navigate the system, quickly find and access information, and ensure the system is intuitive and easy to use
Verify high quality - Verify that our features and functions work correctly and as expected, and ensure that data managed in the system are accurate and updated quickly
How testing will work:
Iterative testing - Using our agile development approaches, we will test incrementally, little bits at a time. We will be performing testing on a regular bi-weekly cycle.
Time requirement - This is entirely up to you! We will take whatever time you are willing to offer. We know your time is valuable, and we will work with you to agree on a time investment that fits your schedule your needs.
Feedback methods - We will provide you tools and methods to provide feedback, comments, and questions. This may include online tools and resources, and occasional phone calls to discuss your impressions, feedback, and ideas.
Protecting our investment - We may ask that you sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), helping ensure that we can protect our intellectual property throughout the testing process.
No commitment for product purchases - There will be no commitment for you to purchase our products. We want you to love our products, and use them! But that choice will remain entirely up to you.
Incentives - If you volunteer your time with us, we will reward you with incentives for the future us of our products. We will share more, when we have a chance to meet you and discuss opportunities to work together.
